I forgot or don't have a password

To reset your password:

1. Go to the Forgot Password page.
2. Enter your username, but leave the email box blank!
3. Click Continue.
4. Check your email inbox for the password reset email. We send it to the email address associated with your SurveyMonkey account.

I forgot my username and password

If you have multiple accounts using the same account email address, you'll have multiple usernames to select from.

To find your username and reset your password:

1. Go to the Forgot Password or Username page.
2. Enter your account email address, but leave the username box blank!
3. Click Continue.
4. Check your email inbox—you'll get an email with a list of any usernames associated with your account email address.
5. Click on a username in the email. This will take you to the Forgot Password page with your selected username ready to go. Make sure to leave the email box blank!
6. Click Continue.
7. Check your email inbox for the password reset email.
